Xabjee's Terms & Conditions

Xabjee is an online gaming platform built specifically for players in Bangladesh. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between Xabjee and its users. By accessing or using the Xabjee platform, you are considered to have fully accepted these Terms.

Xabjee provides services only to individuals who meet the following conditions:

• You must be at least 18 years old, or the legal age of adulthood in your country of residence, whichever is higher.
• You do not reside in a jurisdiction where online gaming is completely prohibited.
• You are managing the account in your own name and for yourself, not on behalf of a third party.
• You are mentally and financially sound and are using this platform voluntarily.

Xabjee reserves the right to deny platform access to any individual at any time without notice if it determines that the above conditions are not being met.

To register an account with Xabjee, you must provide accurate and complete information. Registering with false or misleading information may result in account termination at any time, and any remaining balance may be forfeited.

• One account only: Only one Xabjee account is allowed per person, household, or device. If multiple accounts are found, all of them will be closed.
• Password Security: You are solely responsible for keeping your account password confidential. Any unauthorized access must be reported to Xabjee immediately.
• Account transfers are prohibited: Selling, transferring, or allowing others to use your Xabjee account is strictly prohibited.
• Information Update: If your personal details change (such as your phone number or address), please update your account information promptly.
• Inactive Account: Accounts with no activity for 12 months may be marked as inactive.

Xabjee supports all major mobile banking methods in Bangladesh. Deposits are usually instant, though processing times may vary depending on the banking channel used.

• Deposits must be made from a payment method registered in your own name.
• Third-party payments are not accepted and such deposits may be returned.
• Xabjee does not charge any deposit fees, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.

Withdrawing your winnings from Xabjee is simple and fast. Requests are typically processed within 30 minutes of submission. The following conditions apply:

• Your account must be fully verified before you can make a withdrawal.
• Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the original deposit.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is BDT 200.
• The specified wagering requirement must be met before withdrawing bonus funds.
• Xabjee reserves the right to temporarily suspend withdrawals in cases of suspicious activity.
• No fees are deducted during the withdrawal process.

Xabjee reserves the right to review any withdrawal request for security purposes. This process may take up to 24 hours.

Xabjee offers a variety of bonuses and promotions. Each bonus comes with its own terms, which should be read and understood before claiming.

• Wagering Requirements: Most bonuses carry a wagering requirement of 10x to 30x. Specific requirements are listed on each promotion page.
• Bonus Expiry: Every bonus has a set expiry period. Any unused bonus will be automatically cancelled once it expires.
• Multiple simultaneous bonuses: Multiple bonuses cannot be active at the same time unless otherwise stated in the promotion's terms.
• Bonus Abuse: Xabjee reserves the right to cancel bonuses and close accounts if abuse of the bonus system is found.
• Xabjee's discretion: Xabjee reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer at any time.

All games on Xabjee — including bingo, fish games, Sports Betting, and others — are powered by a fully impartial Random Number Generator (RNG). Neither Xabjee nor its staff has any influence over game outcomes.

• Each game has its own rules, which are detailed on the game page.
• If a game is interrupted due to a technical error, Xabjee will investigate and refund the bet amount.
• Xabjee is not responsible for any disconnection from a game due to internet issues.
• For Sports Betting, official results shall be considered final.
• In the event of any data dispute, Xabjee's records shall be considered final.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Xabjee platform and may result in immediate account closure:

• Playing games through any form of fraud, cheating, or dishonest means.
• Creating multiple accounts to unfairly exploit bonus offers.
• Using automated software, bots, or scripts to operate games.
• Colluding or cheating in coordination with other players.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any illegal financial activity.
• Attempting to hack or gain unauthorized access to Xabjee's systems or network.
• Harassing or engaging in inappropriate behavior toward other users.
• Attempting to verify an account using false identity or forged documents.

Xabjee complies with international Anti-Money Laundering (AML) policies. As part of this, identity verification may be required for any user.

• National ID (NID): Bangladeshi nationals may be required to submit a copy of their National ID card.
• Bank / Mobile Banking Details: A screenshot or statement may be requested as proof of payment method ownership.
• Selfie Verification: In some cases, a selfie alongside your documents may be required.
• Verification Time: Verification is typically completed within 24–48 hours of document submission.

If documents are not submitted or verification fails, withdrawal access will be temporarily suspended. Xabjee stores all submitted documents securely and does not share them with third parties.

Xabjee believes gaming is entertainment — not a source of income. We want every player to enjoy a healthy, fun, and safe experience.

• Deposit Limit: You can set your own daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits.
• Self-Exclusion: You can temporarily suspend your account for a set period if needed.
• Break Feature: After extended sessions, Xabjee automatically suggests taking a break.
• Reality Check: You can set reminders to keep track of how long you have been playing.

Xabjee provides its services on an "as is" basis and is not liable for the following:

• Any losses caused by technical errors or server downtime.
• Games or transactions being disrupted due to internet connectivity issues.
• Delays or issues caused by third-party payment gateways.
• Unauthorized access to an account due to user negligence or security mistakes.
• Any financial losses resulting from gaming — gaming is always at the player's own risk.

Under no circumstances shall Xabjee's total liability exceed the user's total deposits over the past 30 days.

Xabjee reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Users will be notified via their account for any significant changes. Continued use of the platform after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
